How do I send a Morse message to a nearby phone?

Use nearby messaging to select an available nearby device and send the message directly through an encrypted local connection. The selected device receives the message text, a shortened device display name, and a timestamp; messages remain only for the current session. An optional four-digit PIN sends the message body as ciphertext.
