Privacy Notes

Ken Network Tools is preparing for release. This policy explains how the current app handles test traffic, local history, permissions, and optional services.

Accounts

Core speed tests, diagnostics, and local report browsing do not require an account.

Test and diagnostic traffic

A speed test sends measurement traffic to the endpoint you choose or the app recommends. Like any internet service, that endpoint receives the IP address required to establish the connection. Ping, DNS, route, and web-audit tools contact the target you specify or the feature requires.

Local history

Test and diagnostic history is used to show reports and trends on your device. Export or sharing begins only when you choose it.

Local-network permission

LAN Scan requests iOS local-network permission only when you start a scan. Denying it does not prevent ordinary internet speed tests.

Changes before release

If the released app includes analytics, crash reporting, advertising, purchases, cloud sync, or another third-party service, this page and the App Store privacy information will be updated before launch.
